Avoid....There are many other better Resorts in Phuket

We stayed and Spa and Pool Pavilion Villa. The Resort is excellent but service is very poor and awful....Breakfast is below standards and lacks quality food..Restaurants are below average and expensive. Reception staff needs training and communication plus soft skills training.....No view from rooms ...However, rooms are very nice....Spa is expensive and below par....I am not paid to write this review and adding my two cents...Check Saanthiya Resorts instead

Beautiful villas and facilities, average staff.
The resort has amazing facilities and rooms, especially the ocean spa villa which as stunning views and lots of privacy. Overall the stay was great, however, service was hit-and-miss. Could be a 10/10... อ่านต่อ

Great Location and Villa!

Met our expectations, comfortable stay.

Disappointing Hotel
Room is big, but the pool of "Spa & Pool Pavilion" is a bit small. Weather is hot (30 deg.) but the water is still too cold to swim. It may be due to the pool location. Colorful frogs at the ent... อ่านต่อ
