Really a nice hotel, and we enjoyed our stay. However, our reception experience was poor. I had to go to reception every day to ask for a new key card, which was frankly pretty annoying. How hard can it be to issue a key card that works for the duration of a guest's stay?
Reception also seem incapable of properly processing a credit card payment.
I never imagined that the front desk of a 5 star hotel could be so incompetent. . . yet, here it is.
