The resort and room were beautiful however the experience was hindered by the poor customer service. The staff were friendly but absolutely useless. The service was especially poor at the watermark restaurant where it took them 15 minutes to bring us a menu and almost 30 minutes to get bread after asking twice. Another time, I purchased a bottle of water after check out so I had to pay cash. The staff member didn’t have the correct change so I was just short changed on an already expensive bottle of water even though it’s the resorts fault for not keeping enough change. They market themselves as a 5 star resort but the service level doesn’t match it.
