beautiful hotel, bad weather

As expected we were very happy with the Sarojin. We had heard plenty of good things about them and decided to spend two nights there. It rained for all 3 days but not even the rain could ruin our retreat.
The food at the restaurants are absolutely beautiful, the best meals we had in Thailand. The beach is much nicer than down in Phuket however the rubbish issue exists. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms have some slight imperfections on closer inspection (we booked a pool villa) but initially they are simply stunning.
The only negative was everything is Australian prices, and once again transfers are just ridiculous, so don't go if you are on a tight budget, and arrange your own transfers to save some cash.
