Personal touch is awesome

The hotel has a big garden with ponds and swimming pool. The room is nice and everything what you need. The pool is very nice and of a good size. Its not a big and crowded hotel, but very private and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good english skills. I know it is low season and lots of rain, but the windows in the breakfast room were quit dirty and we sat next to a pond with very dirty water. We loved to stay there and got a fantastic present for my birthday, but I am not sure its worth the extra money compared to other 5* hotels in that surrounding. Thank you.

Intimate setting, lovely staff, far from town

Total disappointment
Celebrated our honeymoon. Our money has been gone from the safe, the demands to resolve the issue were ignored. The honeymoon has been spoiled. BEWARE!
