Overpriced for a resort with no Wow-factor.
1. aircon not working in 1 rm, put it on "cool" mode, not cold at all. the 2nd rm aircon ok. someone came to repair but didn't solve the prob.
2. my toilet sink was broken & water will flow onto the flr instead of the sink hole till it gets so flooded! we reported the issue & someone came to fix it. my daughter slipped & fell because the floor was slippery. her head hit the door.
3. one of mattress, can feel the spring & a bit sunken. the other mattress ok. 2 pillows per bed.
4. no holder or shelf to put our toiletries in toilet
5. water heater was hot only for short while, then cold till the end
6. breakfast menu limited. better to eat elsewhere
7. reception overlooked my booking is with bfast. kept insisting my booking is with no breakfast until she brought out my resvn slip, she saw "breakfast included". she did apologized.
8. no phone in rm.
9. room rates is ridiculously expensive for a resort so ordinary.
I will never come back again. there are better resorts elsewhere.
