Extremely friendly staff

I don't usually write reviews but, I came with my 10 year old daughter and found Patong wasn't the best place for us. However, the staff at Patong mansion were the most helpful I've ever come across in any hotel I've stayed at. I'd lost my bag on a minibus on the way in and they did everything they could to get it back for me, including even negotiating with the minibus company and organising for it to be dropped off at the hotel.
I could tell that if I had any questions or things I wanted to do, the staff would sit down and explain your options and help as much as they could. You could feel that really cared and were genuinely trying to be helpful.
Even though, we didn't find Patong that great us, the staff at Patong Mansion did everything they could to suggest places we could go and areas of town that would be good for us. If you want nightlife and things to do around town. Patong is definitely the best place to stay and I'd highly recommend Patong Mansion. I honestly don't think you'll find better value or friendlier staff.

Nice, Clean, beautiful organized hotel
