Great location and awesome staff

This place is our favorite place to stay in the old city. The location is awesome. The staff is awesome. It's very clean and updated. It's a very small place (I think 4 rooms) located above a coffee house that has good food with good coffee and great green tea. We're going back to Chiang Mai and we already booked this hotel for our stay. We really like this place.
