A group of ten of us anticipated our getaway and a celebration of ones birthday at anatara. We had a 4hr delayed red-eye flight which only had us arrived at the hotel at 7am after a 30min ride from the airport. Now, imagine ten of us exhausted, awaiting to check in, and there were only one person at the front desk to check in five prepaid suites. While we were led to our rooms, only to found out that the given key cards didn't work. So, we had to go to another lobby to reset our key cards... It must have taken 45min for the whole process. Room service--- two burgers and a pizza was ordered at midnight, served cold and awaited (an hour plus?) Why? Cus it was delivered to our friends room before it arriving at ours; awakened them at the same time-which we later found out.. And the burger buns were stone hard crusty. More ridiculously, it was billed yet to a third friends room with our room number stated clearly on their bill. Oh, did I mention their excellent breakfast banquet?
