Perfect tranquility on a dessert Island
We had 2 blissful days at Reef Resort and wish we could had stayed longer. The location, the people, it was perfect. The rooms are basic but clean, and the air con and can were great after a hot day. Even better they were a 30 sec walk from the beach, bar and pool!
The pool is smaller than it looks on the photos but still fine for cooling off if you dont want to go in the sea.
The sea itself is shallow and warm, with snorkelling right off the beach, with kayaks and snorkelling heat provided free of charge.
We ate most meals at the resort, all standard, good quality and not overpriced. We also tried the pizza next door, made by Italians and a nice change from nearly 2 weeks of local food.
We wish we could have stayed longer, and would def go back. There were lots of family enjoying the beach, but plenty of room to feel that you had your own lttle piece of paradise.
Not a lot hapens in the evening so if your looking for late night beach bars and buckets of cocktails this may not be the island for you, but for relaxation, good company and rest it's perfect!
