Staff help

All OK during 6 night stay except when leaving and my ride to the next city was over an hour late, the manager refused to make a local call to the number we had without charging me a fee for the call because I had been out a couple of days earlier and got a voucher for the intercity bus from a travel agent and the desk person at our hotel said if I had used them for booking the bus they would not charge me for that call. Also, when making the original a reservation I told them the flight number of the incoming flight and they never said they would pick me up at the airport, but on the sign outside the door of the hotel they offer free pickups which of course cost me a lot of money, but they would not make a simple local call when my shuttle was late. Not a good sign for customer satisfaction even though I had just booked them directly to return to their hotel for a couple of more nights a week hence.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great value.

Good for short stay.
It was pleasant enough. The manager was welcoming, The room o.k. with a bath that worked. Water did come through the ceiling for a short time but I believe that is sorted. The location is very good .... อ่านต่อ

Terrible
Place has a terrible smell and is infested with Mosquitos. Rooms are worn and run down. No re investment from owners. Would NOT recommend staying here.

Nice Quality Price, nice location
Nice place to be between the Night Bazard and the Taipai Door. Also near the lady's bars.
