We stayed in the 1 bedroom pool villa.
The package came with butlers 24hours, daily breakfast, morning basket, turn down service, complimentary airport shuttle service and a bottle of champagne.
Pros
All the staff very extremely polite, helpful and always smiley!
Breakfast spread was delicious.
Resort was really beautiful and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
View was wonderful from our villa, the sunset view was awesome!
Cons
Location of resort is far from everything.
(No food stores or 711 within walking distance)
The beach is not on site, resort provides shuttle that takes about 40mins (coach then ferry)
The beach club is really small and not that private, the stretch of beach is shared with other hotels.
Kudos to our butlers (naree and james), their hospitality was wonderful and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable!
They responded fast and answered all my questions.
They provided a delicious chocolate cake for my partner as I requested.
We would definitely return again!
