Clean big room, good location with good service

I'm a frequent traveler to Phuket, and have stayed in different hotel around Patong, by far this is the best hotel I have stayed so far. Upon check-in, was greeted with a big smile from the front desk, all my pre-request was all answered. Even come with a welcome drink at the roof top bar. Room was big and clean with balcony to me is a plus, out looking the mountain view. Room was clean everyday with fresh towels. The lobby tour desk guy was very helpful to attend to my needs. A small roof top pool was a nice to swim, relax and have a drink. Overall two thumbs up!

clean quiet nice beds
Excellent. Located 10 minute or less walk from bangle road so you don't hear the music. Has a nice bar downstairs called the expat hotel and bar.which is friendly and ice cold beer. Staff were happy ... อ่านต่อ

The worst hotel i've been
First the check-in process took an hour, nobody else there, only us. When enter the room, no toothbrushes and they never give us any (we already ask 2 times). We stay for 2 nights and they never cle... อ่านต่อ
