Excellent staff make this hotel a place to come back to

The staff were the outstanding aspect of a great hotel - they helped me work out how to get to Chiang Mai on the day after Songkran when all the buses were full. I really appreciated the help and hospitality they showed on a day when most of Thailand was shut down.
