The Hotel staff was amazing and this is what stood out the most to us. The hotel itself is also nice
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. The bell hop stands outside and will help get you a cab and even negotiated the price for you. This was helpful in insuring the cab was taking us to the right location (beware of shady cab and tuk tuk drivers in Bangkok). The hotel is able to set up airport pickup and drop off to the airport for a reasonable price. We were tired of Thai food one night and the front desk offered to order us McDonald's. McDonald's delivers in Thailand and we were very grateful for all the help the staff gave us. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. The only down side is the bathroom. The shower will spill water out of the tub and there is a drain on the floor for the water. Kind of odd but not that big of a deal. It also smells horrible outside of the hotel but I think that's just Bangkok in general. The hotel has a decent location and is not far from Khao San road night market.
