Nice hotel

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has a good variety of choices. The are few pools to choose from, not many sunbeds though and people reserve them from 0730am onwards! We found the hotel guests were mainly Russian, not many English guests. The rooms are nice , the glass window between the bathroom & bedroom isn't necessary and awkward when you are staying with friends ! There was an unpleasant sewage smell often around the pool area.
We did have a pleasant stay.

Overrated hotel
Pros: - Good location. The hotel has close proximity to Kata beach, although you have to walk through a stinky sewage canal to get there. There's a Family Mart next to the hotel and a 7-Eleven is just... อ่านต่อ

Nice breakfast, comfortable to stay with children. staff very friendly, relaxing with live music near pool side every day. everything good, but limited car park.

Good location and value for money
Nice breakfast, transparent bathroom was a bit unnecessary because traveling with family, Other than that rooms was really nice
