I was there for 4 nights from 15th May to 19th May 2019. I had a suite No 3701 with 2 bedrooms..When i checked in the room was clean but during my stay when every morning the room was supposed to be cleaned by housekeeping it was not getting cleaned and in the evening when we used to return back to the hotel we could see the things the way they were only the bed was done and cleaning of the bathroom that too no moping on the bathroom slabs or table in the room. I may uprise you that they are not even getting the pesticides done at the hotel. Resturant food and staff was awesome. Staff at front desk was good but could not resolve this problem..

AVOID THIS HOTEL. FOUND COCKROACHES TWICE IN BATHROOM

Fabulous hotel in Kata
