Incredible experience, best hotel in phuket!

Hotel : very luxury, you can trust in Hyatt branding. Hotel is by the beach and the rooms are up on hill with perfect design that go along well with nature. Room : The room is very big , clean, comfortable big bed, big bathroom, the balcony is amazing as you can see an ocean view with big daybed. big sofa and dinning table. Amazing biggest pool by the beach with lot of sunbed. You will never be frustrated fighting for sunbed like other hotel. The pool is very clean and massive! very impressed Food and Beverage : The pool house by the beach offer variety of food and interesting drink. Pizza are amazing and affordable price. Fish are so fresh and Thai food is great. Good quality. Try Retreat drink, its amazing. Been around other restaurant nearby as well but recommend eat at hotel. Service is the best here. very professional, helpful. Manager Nikki managed thing so quick and do everything to make guest happy. All Staff are well trained, and very helpful. Perfect !!!!!
