Pampered

We stayed for 4 nights. Check-in was quick and convenient. They allowed us early check-in since we arrived early. Entire staff at the reception, pool, restaurants and the buggy riders were very friendly. The best part of our experience was the infinity pool where we spent a great part of our day following our breakfast. It is located about 10 km from Patong. We got to experience the calm and peace during the day and preferred to go to Patong at night. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Improvement potential: We stayed at a sea view room with private plunge pool but could hardly use the pool as it used to get dirty in no time. Hotel should arrange to keep the pool maintained at all times or not offer the pool at all.
