Good facilities, worn out rooms, unhelpful staff

Facilities were nice, the pool is big with lots of lounges around. The gardens were nicely maintained
The room was big and spacious, everything was a little worn though and it wasn't entirely clean. Could do with an update.
The staff weren't very helpful with requests. We tried to book into some of the fitness classes / activities however they seemed to be cancelled all the time. My friend also lost her phone which was left in a golf cart and the staff were not helpful in locating it - we actually took a taxi back into town to try and find it after the staff said it wasn't at the hotel.

Contaminated food and Water. Son fall sick ended up vomiting whole night. Bad service Hyatt .

Average experience for the price - aged hotel
