had problems staying.......

I had problems about staying.
i booked villa room but it was not available on check-in day...Hotel gave me the spa service room...
Hotel informed me that they had problems with agoda booking system.....

there were big seminar group and many portions of breakfast was not available....i had to wait around 10 minutes.

the hotel looked good..but could not see one of them during my stay...
