Good experience but did not meet expectations

We had a good time at High season .I would certainly recommend the hotel, the facilities, the beach and the rooms are really nice. The service however probably did not meet our expectations associated with the price we paid. They were a few things that Were not fully up to scratch. The ‘signature’ cocktail (most expensive and the ones on happy hour) were a mix of spirit and syrups, overly sweet. The playlist at the bar was great on one night but heavy electronic commercial music on the other. When we asked the staff is they could play something a bit more chilled to watch the sunset, unfortunately they were not able to accommodate our request. The staff is lovely and professional, the only issue is that sometimes they do not understand what you ask for but pretend that they understood which leads to a few misunderstandings. It is a very nice hotel.

For the price you pay and supposedly 5 Stars, it doesn't quite hit the mark. We really enjoyed it though, but service was hit and miss. They meant well but they just didn't seem to have it all covered... อ่านต่อ
