Location is perfect but poor room service

Hotel is nice but the they did not clean the bed sheets nor did they provide a new set of water bottles each day. Location is excellent. You come out of the hotel and walk straight. On the way you get lots of cheap street foods and 7-11. After a while on left you enter the famous Khao San road. The Hotel is perfectly placed such that it is away from noises of Khao San but at a prime location to explore the street food of Bangkok.
