A bit disappointed by the staff

First the staff were not very helpful and polite, only the guard was polite and welcoming.
And the room we stayed was ok, big and neat, but lacking small details, the kitchen equipment was not fully equipped, and not user friendly as well, without cleaning tower and some kitchenwares. The room is big, but lack of many things, such as bedside table, thats made the room inconvenient. There was one point made me very disappointed, they put a small plant on the bathroom but it was very closed to the edge, so without notice, it was broken, that charged us 200baht, the plant vase was not even listed on their charging list, so it felt like it was just a number they said. It made us didnt want to use the things in the house.
There are also insects and frogs everywhere at night in the pool area, sometimes had insects swim on the pool, and there were lots of ants on the rack for drying the clothes.
Also, the villa only provide one shuttle bus a day and it is not useful as well, staying here need a car or motorbike, because outside the villa has nothing, need to drive more than ten minutes to find supermarket and restaurant. We rented a motorbike through the villa, however, be careful when renting the bike, check when pick up the bike, we had a bad bike that the tire was broken before we used, and the guy didnt tell us first and when we found out he asked us to take care it ourselves. So we had to pay for the tire too.
And we wanted to return back the bike at night, they asked us to return it the next day, even we told them we didnt need it already.
The villa itself was nice but with other experiences, it was not so happy.
