Hotel with nice Spa

Reception area: open air-too hot! Room allocated: too far away from facilities for my mother with mobility issues. Staff tried to reallocate- not possible as fully booked. 2 issues with room: attended to promptly. Nice comfortable room: good house keeping services. Good breakfast selection. Great Spa experience. Sun lounge area: not great. Swimming pool: too small & crowded. Hotel allowed huge inflatables for kids: ridiculous for small pool!! Good location to night food market OTOP. Easy walk to beach: dirty sea at Patong Beach. Crowded beach at parts.
