reasonably priced 5 star hotel

The hotel is very new and very comfortable. Location is a plus point and there's a delicious halal restaurant right across the hotel. Although there were renovations going on, it didn't bother us at all as the work were done orderly without much noise except for occasional drillings during the day. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. One minus point from this hotel; when checking out i needed a bag to put my wet swimsuits and so i used the laundry bag. Upon checking out, I was charged 100 baht. I think the hotel should give it away as a complimentary as the bag was of low recycled quality. Quite an unreasonable amount to be charged.

Clean pool access rooms.
Very clean rooms as it's a very new hotel. ESP love the pool access rooms, only wished the pool was bigger! There's a shortcut to Jung Ceylon which we didn't realized til the last day..all in all good... อ่านต่อ

A nice, clean & cozy new hotel

Great hotel let down by some staff issues and errant guests
