great hotel

me and my daughter loved our time at grand mercure phuket patong, hotel is fantastic and great location for everything, swimming pool & steam rooms were great and food in hotel was excellent but what stood out most is the staff everyone was so helpful and pleasant to us all the time front getting us taxis , helping with our tours, at breakfast, room service.
special thanks to jamnong bootsong who really went out his way to make sure we were enjoying our stay
and thank you warawudhi pumthong for your help and advice.
when i go back to phuket this is the only hotel i will stay

Clean pool access rooms.
Very clean rooms as it's a very new hotel. ESP love the pool access rooms, only wished the pool was bigger! There's a shortcut to Jung Ceylon which we didn't realized til the last day..all in all good... อ่านต่อ
