Surrounded with party music, centralised location.

Not recommended to those who wants to relax stay. Opposite Ark bar resorts having party every night until 4am, music was too loud and make us can't sleep well. The hotel staffs not speak good English, only a lady who looks like a manager could manage to speak good English language. Hotel room is extremely hot maybe because of the sun, you got to switch on the Aircon a few hrs to cold the in room temp down. The location actually is very good, surrounded with seafood restaurants and coffee club, McDonald, Burger King, and you can walk to central festival mall in walking distance.

Misleading website, noisy, smelly

Left after one night - nightmare experience

Nice clean room and central
Easy to walk into town, helpful staff and nice clean rooms, you are on the heart and it’s still very quiet, good value for money

Nice but loud
Location was perfect, literally in the middle of everything! However it was loud till about 3am as there are clubs either side!

The Hotel was great and the room was beautiful, particularly the bathroom. The music coming from the local clubs was very loud and went on until 5am but we didn't mind as the location was fantastic.
