Good boutique hotel in convenient location

Like many other boutique hotels in chiang mai, this hotel has a very small footprint due to the lack of land in the city. However, even though the rooms were small, every empty space was used well and we did not feel that space was inadequate.
The location was nice: 10min by foot to the old city gate and around 20min to the night bazaar. If you intend to spend every night at the bazaar, it might be better to stay at a nearer hotel eg Dusit Princess or Mae Ping.
Hotel design was quite unique, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. Staff spoke good English and were generally nice. Hotel's transfer to the airport only took 10min and 200 baht.
Overall I would recommend this hotel to younger couples without children or backpackers who would appreciate a small cozy room.
