Unfriendly front desk staff!

The front desk staff are lack of smile on their faces. They represent the first impression of the resort but it's a pity that this nicely-designed hotel is undermined by their ill manner. For the breakfast, the tables and food were always invaded by a lot of flies. The hotel didn't resolve to avoid it. If I revisit Chiang Mai, I will not come back again though the gardens and swimming pools are beautiful.

Poor service of front staffs !!!

No windows
