Nice new hotel

Hotel is nice, opened only in y. 2019. Nice rooftop pool, gym, modern furnished rooms. Nice breakfast buffet. Location is about 15 min walking to Bangla road, beach 5 min.
But as a new hotel, has some issues.. 1. There is a small carpet in room, but it was full of long hairs from previous guests, what I can't accept! Chambermaid never use vacuum cleaner, because they don't have it. So how can they clean the carpet without vac. cleaner?? Just sweep with broom? Carpet? Really?...
2. In bathroom, on bottom of shower glass door is missing sealant or some gaskit, so there is about 2cm space, through water is leaking and you have always water on the bathroom floor... Rooms 6011, 6012...

Nice clean hotel with great amenities

New and superb service... clean room
Everything is so great about this place... breakfast is ok.... rooms are clean and nice pool... Nothing to complaint... just that you need a long 20min walk to the nearest mall.... but there is always... อ่านต่อ
