Not value at the price I paid for

Although the hotel is new, there was a sting smell in the elevator and the room smelled wired. The bathroom door was broken and can’t lock when i checked in. The toilet was plugged after clearing when I came back from my one day tour. Instructions were not clear. I was told to paid for phone bill when I checked out. I wasn’t informed by any staff I need to pay for any call I made from my room, even for local call. Also, the hotel charged me for National calls and I told them I only made local call to book spa. The bill showed national call and i asked for the phone number and tried to check what National calls that I made. They told me nothing I can checked and they didn’t know too. They didn’t have any information for me at all. How can I tell if the phone number was really made by me. I paid that amount anyway because I didn’t want to waste my time on that. Very disappointing!

Small rooms / poor service
