Comfortable hotel in great location

l loved the room - great decor. Bed was super comfortable and sea view great. Get a balcony room if you can. Breakfast is standard basic stuff. Didn't eat at restaurant otherwise. Staff were friendly and gave me an extra hour before check out which was really good of them.

Rude, did not get the room we asked for! Food was yummy sometimes and horrible at other times
Depending on the cook food was horrible sometimes! Staff was rude! Safe didn’t work, elevator didn’t work at times!

Excellent hotel to chill, but poor location
Best hotel in general for my Phuket trip, the design really let you chill down. Only problem is that it's too far from the Patong Centre - Bangla Walk
