Not that great

We had a problem with the receptionist. We order an extra bed from him . and he asked us to bring the bed to the room
ourselves since he has no staff avilable at the time. It was 7 pm , thats a bit early to let your staff go off work. especially for a hotel that is in a tourest distenation such ad Phuket.
