Unfriendly Staff

The room is nice and clean. it's a bit far from the busy road which is not really a bad thing as it's quiet during the night. The only thing that we are not satisfied is their staff's attitude. My bf had food poisoning and our plane back is in the evening, thus i requested to have late check out. I do understand that the particular room that we were staying was booked by other guess and was requested to change to another super small hidden room behind which i can still accept. But what I encounter is the rude staff that actually chased us out from the room. Even though we were requested to change to a smaller room, I don't pay less for room extension. I don't think we are supposed to received that type of treatment.

Poor all around.
