The looks of the room is the ONLY nice thing.
Was Patong Signature nice? The first look is. The entire stay was not. I will not go back there for certain.
The only nice things about Patong Signature are that it is quiet because it is away from the main area yet near to the beach, and the very first look of the hotel. That is all.
Food- do not expect a spread; you can head to nearby McDonalds or Burger King for round 2.
Service- for a 3 star hotel, way below expectations. Was only helpful to give us directions to Bangla Road using a map. Other than that, they are not proactive.
Security- There will always be someone at Front Desk even at night. However, the room doors only have a latch to keep it locked and the lift doesn't need any card to access the floor so anyone can head up and pick the lock of your door. On our second day, we were out for 10 hours & Housekeeping did not even close our door properly. So please lock your suitcases and use their safes!
Location- just next to the beach but quiet because away from the crowd. 15-20 minute walk to Bangla Road & Jungceylon. Don't bother relying on Tuktuk. Overpriced.
Room- water coming out of bathtub's tap is cold. Water supply was cut off everyday too due to renovation works and no notice was given until we asked. Water will leak from the upper floors.
Extras- remember to bring your own adapters because when we tried to loan one from the hotel, they gave us a three-pinned one which is pointless because they used two-pinned sockets there. Try to request for a high floor because second floor's view is blocked by the phone lines and cabling outside.
