awful, never gonna back

It is awful, worst hotel in my life.
There are some machine out of our room. It is really noisy, even we couldn't sleep.
We did complain about it but reception didnt try to understand.
We asked them to come to our room and they found out it is really noisy but they didnt to change our room(im sure there are empty room). They said that gonna fix it that machine but it never happened as your expect.
We could understand broken machine, it could happens, but I can't understand staff performance.
Location is pretty far from the city.
I will never gonna back. It is worst place in this trevel include cambodia.

SATISFACTORY

Overall Good
Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Overall it's a good hotel, location is very good, close to the food, local shopping, and near to Patong walking street.

Ok room for the price
Bed is OK, maybe it could be a little softer. We didn't like that people smoked outside and the smoke came in to our room a few times.

run down and loud...HORRIBLE night
Shower almost no water, floor extremely slippery when at, loud all night long and in the morning.....wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy
