Building site!!
Really bad experience from start to finish! When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told we had to wait until 2pm (it was 1.55pm), the receptionist then went on to check in 3 different groups at a time before us. Finally after 30 minutes checking in we were taken round the side to a building site!!
The receptionist tried two different rooms neither of them where built yet! Receptionist kept on laughing abut the situation, we obviously did not find it funny sat outside in 35 degrees with all our luggage on a building site! Also, they gave us a room with 2 single beds and after asking to move they said they where full.
From 7am in the morning until late there was loud banging and drilling. Piles of rubbish everywhere and dust! Although wifi was advertised this did not work and we were told by the staff that this has not been set up yet. Really unprofessional staff, NOTHING like the pictures and a waste of money!! Only good thing is location so you can get out quickly!!
