Great large rooms

Overall my stay here was great. The rooms are very well done, they are great for a couple. Location is great along cheweng beach road. It is about a 15 minute walk or so to the city center. But it is far enough that you will not be bothered by the late night loud music played in the cities clubs till 4 to 6am every night. The only problem we had with our 4 night stay was is we were the hot water was out for our villa for about 24 hours. We informed them right away, seems like a problem with our water heater. after 12 hours they still did not fix the problem. We asked to be moved rooms, they did not do that. they suggested we take showers at the hotel swimming pool. Considering we are paying high rates good suggestion at all. For me cold showers is fine but for my gf its she needs to wash her hair. after nother 12 hours they fixed it, there was no apologies or anything for this inconvience.
