Very good hotel

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past week. It is quite new but past the snagging stage as everything worked well. It is in a quiet location close to Phaya Thai BTS and air rail link. A short walk from the hotel you have Pratunam market and plenty of restaurants. The rooms I had were a good size and very clean, good water pressure in the shower as well!! Providing the rates do not go up this will be my go to hotel in BKK.

Delay check in and shower handle issue
It's twice have booked and when I get to the counter, it takes longer to confirm the booking and it's annoying. The staff or management needs to improve this aspect. Also hard to shower for kids with ... อ่านต่อ

facilities are not environmental-friendly
Towels lose so much hairs, all cups are made of plastic which is not healthy if you drink hot water. Location is OK, close to the MRT. Check-in time is actually 14:00, not 12:00 as Agoda's information... อ่านต่อ

Perfect
A good hotel with enthusiastic staff. Beautiful, comfortable, and well designed hotel. It is convenient to go around as the hotel is in the center of the town and near public transportation like bts.

Good location. Walking distance to Platinum Mall, Central World. Street food and 7-11 all over the place
