Disappointed

When checking-in, you will be asked to make a deposit (1000baht) and you must remeber to take it back when you check out or the staff won’t remind you about that. No excuse and no solution for that problem. I’ve stayed at the hotel for 3 days. When checking out,I’ve waited at the lobby for 30 mins, they didn’t informed me whether check-out was done or not until I asked. The receptionists are not professional.

Clean decent hotel
Friendly clean hotel.. Amenities are new n walking distance to train station... Near to major shopping malls like less than 5 train stops away from the hotel.

Nice room, very very poor service
