Poor staff service

First impression was great, love the room, nice and new decoration, as the price is affordable. All went great until one afternoon when we wanted to take tuktuk service to pratunam/platinum, and the driver (morning-afternoon shift) was very rude and with loud voice yell at me. He said that he can’t take us because it was traffic , and the next day he told the same reason. the morning driver is the one that slightly bald, thin and has tattoo on his hand. I CHOSE this hotel because THEY MENTION THAT THEY HAVE TUKTUK SERVICE. And if you cant manage your staff manner, then mights as well dont mention tuktuk service at all. And for 5 nights, my room only been cleaned for 1 time. Because the cleaning service always came at 3-4 PM, which time that some guests taking nap time. You should properly manage cleaning schedule in the morning. I stayed at few hotels near your location, they can provide better at service at better price and better facility. Hopefully you can improve the service.

Overall is good

Clean decent hotel
Friendly clean hotel.. Amenities are new n walking distance to train station... Near to major shopping malls like less than 5 train stops away from the hotel.
