Brand new hotel, very clean and everything works. Hot water, mini bar, tea and coffee in the room with 2 complementary bottles of water daily. Room service was great, breakfast was good although I would have preferred more choice of fruit (they only served pineapple, melon and dragon fruit while I was there). The swimming pools were great - salt water! The only downside was that there was nobody to pick me from the airport on arrival despite advance booking/confirmation of the free shuttle bus, and I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel (a short 10 minute ride at a cost of THB180). When I informed the room manager at check-in (Kate), she immediately checked on the situation and offered sincere apologies in addition to compensation in terms of offering to arrange for a shuttle to the mall at my convenience! Although I didn't take up the offer, I appreciated the gesture. The service was top notch and I really enjoyed my stay, I would love to visit again.

Great resort , spa, gym, golf course and pool - but a long way from BKK itself

Great resort that meet our needs
Nice pool, well equipped gym, fantastic play club for kids, great friendly staff. Near airport with free shuttle service. I'll be back again
