Smelly toilet when checked in

I'm not sure if the housekeeping did their job properly or not but when we checked in there was a smelly odor came from the toilet most probably from the urine. I had to flow a lot of water into the bowl and around it to let the stinky odor went away. It's disgusting but this is is my experience at your 436 room on 8th - 10th Feb 2019. The lobby staff kept on calling when we are a little bit late for checked out but the checked out process was super slow!

Reception tried to take our 2000 baht deposit ,,,

Worth the stay

Clean and central location
