Reception tried to take our 2000 baht deposit ,,,

1 - when we were checking out ... we gave back the 2 room key cards ... the reception staff said everything is ok .. thanks .. see you again ... i said where is our 2000 deposit ? the answer is : Oh .. sorry .. It looks like it's a running scam ... maybe half the guests forget they have 2000 baht deposit .. being busy with bags and transportations .. the management should do something about it ... 2- Room is very nice and clean ... breakfast was great .. 3- The 5th floor was so dark all the time ... only one third of the lights are on ... older guests may not like it ... also the floor is very slippery and dangerous .. because some guests walk straight from the swimming pool with wet feet to their rooms ... they should have more floor towels around the elevators near the pool ... 4- they advertise a balcony and a terrace ... it's only half a meter wide .. and it was locked all the time ... so you can't enjoy the outside view or the breeze or rain ...

Clean and central location
