This is the 2nd time stay in this hotel. Staffs were expected to speak english well as phuket is a tourist attracting destination but what we got here is under standard. Receptionist gave me an occupied room at first. It was not problem until It became the 2nd time for the same room, given that I had informed him the problem. I thought he would check and arrange me another room instead, but after checking (No idea what was checked) he returned me the key of the occupied room and asked me to come there again.
