Located 1 hour away from the airport.Front Office Staff will need more Hospitality Training to make service levels better. Housekeeping staff know how to greet guest, but front office staff do not know how to welcome guest.Dont expect bellboys to carry your luggage as you have to DIY(do it yourself).Rooms are spacious but the balcony is small. Rooftop swimming pool is awesome with a great view.

extremely friendly helpful managager
Manager Tristan made sure we had a really fun New Year’s Eve and was incredibly helpful when we had to change bookings and transfers due to the tropical storm that hit Thailand .
