Pro- *location is the only good thing abt this hotel Cons- *Deceiving pictures of hotel and rooms, rooms were very small n no ammenties in the room except only 2 tiny bottle of shower gel. * No early check in was provided inspite of pre requesting them while booking . First was told no rooms available, then was given option of paying 1000 bhat for early checkin, wch means they had rooms. What disheartened me as part of service industry myself first they should have considered it was my birthday and secondly my checkout was as early as 4 am after 3 days. I feel they should have given a consideration to my situation. * Lobby and restaurants both are open area which means it’s super hottttt. I was literally melted while waiting for my checkin. * Very basic buffet. * All Reception staff very rude and cold and rest of the staff in other dept very nice. * Forget about any regards they didn’t even bothered to wish me , though my sister reminded them.
