Good location, Beautiful room, Excellent services! My friend have accident in Patong, we ask for help to Gerneal Manage - Mr. Tristan Kuehneisen, the problem was perfectly solved by him, his professional, careful, kindly & smart was deeply impressed us. Poor staff

Good location (busy area), great hospitality by the staff
Pros: Great hospitality, early check in, helpful, delicious buy 1 free 1 cocktails at the rooftop pool bar (restricted time)! Cons: room smelt a little musky
