Good location and facilities but staff were poor

I really liked the facilities and location of this hotel. Unfortunately the behaviour and attitude of one of the staff members was terrible and made me give less stars. We asked if it was possible to get a late check out, the staff member refused to accept the message to pass on to the next shift and told us to arrange in the morning which is exactly the opposite of what we needed the late check out for. Eventually he reluctantly took a message and promised to pass it on. As we left the desk we heard cursing and slapping of the counter.
Suffice to say the the message did not get passed on and we had to wake up early to notify the morning shift. Thankfully the morning shift staff were much more pleasant. I would recommend customer service training.

Unfriendly staff!

Great location and clean hotel
